Prior to the Remington merger, Chris was President & CEO of Chesapeake Hospitality, a premier third-party hotel management firm with a diverse portfolio of properties across the US. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Chris held a variety of key operational positions with three national hospitality chains. He has a strong F&B background, including supervising more than 40 restaurants with RMS Restaurants, S&A Restaurant Corporation, and Brinker International.

Joined Remington in 2001 as a General Manager/VP. Stan was promoted to Divisional Vice President in 2011, to Senior Vice President in 2018, and to Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2019. Stan has nearly 40 years of experience in multi-unit hotel operations, asset management and brand relations.
Prior to joining Remington, Stan held leadership positions with MeriStar Hospitality Corporation, American General Hospitality, Metro Hotels, and Prism Hotels.
Joined Remington in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in operations and revenue management. Most recently, Raul was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management for Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Prior to Crescent, Raul held several senior level positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hersha Hospitality Management.
While at Starwood, Raul was a Director of Revenue Management Franchise Full-Service, Director of Revenue Management at Westin Copley Place, Director of Centralized Revenue Management, and Director of Revenue Management at Westin Waltham, Sheraton Lexington, Four Points by Sheraton Burlington.

Prior to joining Remington, Joseph was the Chief Accounting Officer with Highgate Hotels for nearly 5 years. Prior to that, Joseph was the EVP of Finance for Hersha Hospitality as well as Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International (including Stouffer & Renaissance Hotels & Resorts) in charge of Operational Finance worldwide and Internal Audit.

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and then Executice Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus was to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners. Keith was promoted to Chief Development Officer in May 2023
Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
Joined Remington in June 2005 as General Counsel and has primary responsibility for all legal functions related to the management of 80+ hotels around the United States. These responsibilities include contract review and negotiation, litigation and risk management, employment and HR matters, licensing and permitting, corporate structuring and compliance, intellectual property matters and managing a department of legal support professionals.
Prior to joining Remington, Jim was a partner at Peckar & Abramson (FKA Ford, Nassen & Baldwin, PC), served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Balfour Beatty Construction (FKA Centex Construction Company), and also served as the Chief Administrative Officer with management and oversight responsibility for risk management, human resources and general administration.

Prior to Remington, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality. Preceding Magna, Jason spent 15 years at Pyramid Hotel Group where he held various leadership roles, including over 4 years as Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, he oversaw 50+ hotels that included responsibility for the lifestyle/independent division of hotels along with other full and select service properties under top lodging brands throughout the U.S.

Joined Remington in 1993 as Director of Sales, was promoted to Area Director of Sales in 1995, and Divisional Director of Sales in 1998. Loretta was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales in June 2020, and her portfolio experience includes Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Independents and Luxury Hotels. She has been responsible for driving sales revenue strategies, achieving market share goals, sales training, and development.

Joined Remington in September 2007 as an Area Director of Revenue Strategy and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy. Gilbert was promoted in 2013 to Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the Marriott portfolio, and, in 2017, he was promoted to Divisional Vice President of Sales and Revenue for the Independent and IHG hotel collection. Gilbert has been in his current role as Divisional Vice President of Revenue Strategy since 2018 overseeing all of Revenue Strategy and the Group Housing.
Prior to Remington, Gilbert held Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Inventory Manager positions with Texas Western Hospitality and with Marriott International.

Prior to Remington, Brian launched his career at CohnReznick, a top 15 national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm known for its expertise in real estate, before moving into private equity where he prepared startup companies for an initial public offering or private equity exit. He was a member or accounting lead on teams that have successfully completed a SPAC merger, S-1 filing, and private equity exit.
Joined Remington in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Operations and is a 35 year industry veteran with experience in most of the major branded hotels.
Prior to Remington, Joe had international corporate leadership experience, primarily with Marriott branded hotels, of which 10 years were spent in Asia Pacific and Russia.

Prior to Remington, Lee held General Manager, Area General Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President positions with Winegardner & Hammons, Commonweath Hotels, and Aimbridge Hospitality. Lee has worked for over 15 years in a multi-unit capacity with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Independent brands.

Prior to the Remington merger, Lisa was responsible for developing and executing strategies that supported, strengthened, and grew Chesapeake Hospitality's hotel operations. She has vast hotel experience that includes working with all of the major brand companies as well as boutique and independent properties. Under Lisa's leadership, she developed and implemented Chesapeake Hospitality Management Training and Service Culture Training Programs that promoted a strong culture of performance and service excellence.

Joined Remington in March 2017 as VP of Human Resources and was responsible for overseeing HR field operations with a focus on labor & associate relations, recruiting, transitions and compensation initiatives. Johnny was promoted to SVP of Human Resources in May of 2022.
Prior to Remington, Johnny spent 18 years with Starwood Hotels in various positions such as Director of Human Resources at the Sheraton Bal Harbour, Area Director of Human Resources for Florida and the Caribbean, and for Texas, Kansas, and Missouri. Johnny also held the Corporate Director of Human Resources role as part of the Ethics and Compliance team supporting properties in NAD, CALA, and EAME.
Joined Remington in September 2016 as Director of Benefits & HRIS, was promoted to Vice President in September 2018, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Total Rewards in May of 2022. Dan is responsible for overseeing the human resources information system and compensation for our Remington, Ashford, and Premier portfolio companies as well as benefits, wellness, and compliance for the Ashford family of companies.
Prior to Remington, Dan worked in hospitality and retail overseeing benefits, systems, and compliance for operations in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
Rejoined Remington in 2020 as Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning, having previously served, starting in 1995, for 11 years as Vice President of Purchasing and Project Management, Vice President of New Openings and Conversions and on the Operations team as a Regional Vice President. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning.
Prior to rejoining Remington, Rob held Senior Director, Construction and Project Management and Senior Vice President, Design and Construction positions with Phoenix American Hospitality and FelCor Lodging Trust.

Prior to Remington, Tom held responsibilities as Director of Operations-Logistics-Supply Chain at Kaufland, Advisor to the Management Board and Director of Project Management at M San Group, Member of the Management Board and COO at PPO, Region Manager at Rexel Holdings USA and Region Operations Manager at WESCO international Inc. These roles focused on leading companies to significant ROI targets by heading a change in process management with a focus on continued improvements and operational efficiencies, applications deployment, cloud adoption within infrastructure and operations, compliance, project management, business process automation, and the digital workplace.
