Ben joined Remington in the spring of 2025 as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently he served as the Chief Operating Officer of TPG Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for overseeing the operational performance of TPG's entire hospitality portfolio.
Perelmuter brings an impressive resume and an impeccable industry reputation. Prior to TPG Hotels & Resorts, he served for over 14 years with Aimbridge Hospitality, where he grew from a general manager to a Divisional President. During his 14-year tenure with Aimbridge, he held several leadership positions, including Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Before Aimbridge, he spent 11 years in hotel operations in large convention hotels and resorts as General Manager and in other director-level roles within operations.
Joined Remington in 2021 as a Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations in December 2022 and Chief Operating Officer in January 2024. Jason comes to Remington with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to Remington, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality. Preceding Magna, Jason spent 15 years at Pyramid Hotel Group where he held various leadership roles, including over 4 years as Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, he oversaw 50+ hotels that included responsibility for the lifestyle/independent division of hotels along with other full and select service properties under top lodging brands throughout the U.S.

Joined Remington in December 2023 as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to leading the legal department at Remington, Shazmah was General Counsel at More Development in Miami and a VP and Assistant General Counsel/Practice Group Leader at Marriott International.
Shazmah has also lived and worked overseas most recently as the General Counsel of Kingdom Hotels Ltd., a luxury real-estate development firm headquartered in Dubai and one of the largest owners of Four Seasons, Fairmont, and Raffles hotels worldwide.
Joined Remington in 2023 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Rick leads our People & Culture, HR Systems, Benefits, and Corporate Communications teams for Remington and the Ashford Group of Companies.
Prior to joining Remington, Rick held several key leadership positions with an impressive portfolio of companies, including serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief People, and Chief Administrative Officer at Brinker International, Vice President of Retail & Talent at TOMS shoes, Vice President of Global Learning & Talent Acquisition at Starbucks, and Senior Vice President at Wyndham Worldwide.
Rick brings extensive hospitality and human resources experience to Remington. Beginning his hospitality journey in 1992 as General Manager at the Valley Inn & Conference Center in Waterville Valley, Rick's background makes him uniquely equipped to deliver an exceptional and differentiated people experience.

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and then Executice Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus was to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners. Keith was promoted to Chief Development Officer in May 2023
Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
Joined Remington in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Operations and is a 35 year industry veteran with experience in most of the major branded hotels.
Prior to Remington, Joe had international corporate leadership experience, primarily with Marriott branded hotels, of which 10 years were spent in Asia Pacific and Russia.

Greg joins us from Junson Capital where he served as Senior Vice President of the Global Real Estate Investment Division. With over 28 years in the hospitality industry, Greg has held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations with Aimbridge Hospitality, Regional Director of Operations, and has worked alongside global presidents, brand reps, and owners. Greg attended the University of Missouri in Saint Louis, Missouri, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Greg assumes responsibility for all Remington domestic third-party owned hotels while Joe Masi will continue to oversee all Ashford owned hotels. Greg and Joe will collaborate with Jason Reader on operations policy and procedure changes, budgets, forecasts, legal requests/approvals, capital plans, brand quality/performance, third-party owner relations and acting as liaisons with our branded hotels.
Joined Remington in March 2017 as VP of Human Resources and was responsible for overseeing HR field operations with a focus on labor & associate relations, recruiting, transitions and compensation initiatives. Johnny was promoted to SVP of Human Resources in May of 2022.
Prior to Remington, Johnny spent 18 years with Starwood Hotels in various positions such as Director of Human Resources at the Sheraton Bal Harbour, Area Director of Human Resources for Florida and the Caribbean, and for Texas, Kansas, and Missouri. Johnny also held the Corporate Director of Human Resources role as part of the Ethics and Compliance team supporting properties in NAD, CALA, and EAME.
Joined Remington Hotels in October 2022 as Senior Vice President Corporate Accounting.
Prior to Remington, Brian launched his career at CohnReznick, a top 15 national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm known for its expertise in real estate, before moving into private equity where he prepared startup companies for an initial public offering or private equity exit. He was a member or accounting lead on teams that have successfully completed a SPAC merger, S-1 filing, and private equity exit.
Rejoined Remington in 2020 as Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning, having previously served, starting in 1995, for 11 years as Vice President of Purchasing and Project Management, Vice President of New Openings and Conversions and on the Operations team as a Regional Vice President. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning.
Prior to rejoining Remington, Rob held Senior Director, Construction and Project Management and Senior Vice President, Design and Construction positions with Phoenix American Hospitality and FelCor Lodging Trust.

Ted was promoted to Vice President of Culinary in 2016, Regional Director of Beverage & Food in 2020, and Vice President of Beverage & Food in 2022. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Beverage & Food, Ted continues to drive innovation and excellence, advancing Remington Hospitality's strategy in beverage and food operations. He brings over two decades of dynamic leadership in the hospitality industry, with a focus on beverage and food excellence.
