Ben joined Remington in the spring of 2025 as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently he served as the Chief Operating Officer of TPG Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for overseeing the operational performance of TPG's entire hospitality portfolio.

Perelmuter brings an impressive resume and an impeccable industry reputation. Prior to TPG Hotels & Resorts, he served for over 14 years with Aimbridge Hospitality, where he grew from a general manager to a Divisional President. During his 14-year tenure with Aimbridge, he held several leadership positions, including Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Before Aimbridge, he spent 11 years in hotel operations in large convention hotels and resorts as General Manager and in other director-level roles within operations. 

Jason Kreul joined Remington Hospitality as Chief Operating Officer on August 5, 2025, reporting directly to CEO Ben Perelmuter. Jason oversees all aspects of third-party and AUM hotel operations, engineering, food & beverage, and commercial strategy. He plays a key role in driving the continued growth of Remington's portfolio across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Jason brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, most recently serving as COO at First Hospitality. His background also includes executive roles at Highgate, White Lodging, and Winegardner & Hammons, along with extensive property-level experience managing lifestyle, independent, and branded hotels in urban and resort markets.

Randy joined Remington in 2025 as our new Chief Accounting Officer and oversees all accounting and financial reporting functions across both corporate and at the property level. He joined Remington from Dave & Buster's Inc., where he served as the Vice President of Accounting & Corporate Controller and championed the company's accounting and payroll functions. Prior to that, Randy held several leadership roles with prominent organizations, including Brinker International, Lennox International, Nortel, and Ernst & Young.

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and then Executice Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus was to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners. Keith was promoted to Chief Development Officer in May 2023

Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.

Cory joined Remington in August 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue, enhance the guest experience, and achieve overall business objectives. He oversees the commercial strategy organization, including revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution, and customer experience, to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Chambers brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience with deep expertise in commercial strategy. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial & Analytics Officer at Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), where he led the commercial strategy division and spearheaded the company's business intelligence initiatives. Prior to HVMG, he served as Vice President of Revenue Generation at White Lodging, overseeing sales, revenue management, eCommerce, and communications for the company's full-service portfolio. He began his career with Marriott International, Inc., where he held numerous sales and marketing leadership roles across the United States.

Amy joined Remington in 2023 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for the Ashford Group of Companies. She oversees talent strategy, communications, leadership development, and aligning HR with business priorities to support long-term growth and success. She is a seasoned HR executive with nearly two decades of strategic HR leadership experience across a range of industries, including hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical. With extensive experience overseeing both domestic and international teams across Asia, India, and Canada, Amy has led global people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, high performance, and cultural alignment. Prior to joining Remington, Amy served in HR leadership roles at companies such as McKesson, The Michaels Companies, JCPenney, and Kohl's Department Stores.

Ayotunde Gibbs joined Remington Hospitality in January 2026 as the Executive Vice President of Technology. 

In her role, Ayotunde is responsible for developing and implementing the overarching IT strategy for all the portfolio companies under the Ashford Group of Companies. She plays a leading role in identifying and executing new IT technologies, systems, and hardware, ensuring the IT department is a transformative force of the organization that drives innovation. 

Ayotunde brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and progressive leadership to Remington. She joins us from Dave and Buster's Inc., where she served as the Vice President of Enterprise Systems and Data. Prior to that, she held several leadership positions at GameStop, Inc., advancing from Senior Development Manager to the Director of Technology Program Management.

Adrian joined Remington as the Executive Vice President of Revenue in January 2025. He plays a critical role in enhancing the company's revenue management strategies and supporting its growth, particularly in the Caribbean and Latin American regions. Adrian joins Remington with more than 15 years of experience in commercial services and revenue management. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of revenue management for a private equity firm, and his career includes pivotal roles at Magna Hospitality Group and Marriott International. Adrian has served as an adjunct professor at NYU, teaching e-commerce and revenue management strategies.

Travis Burns

Joined Remington in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Operations and is a 35 year industry veteran with experience in most of the major branded hotels.

Prior to Remington, Joe had international corporate leadership experience, primarily with Marriott branded hotels, of which 10 years were spent in Asia Pacific and Russia.

Rejoined Remington in 2020 as Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning, having previously served, starting in 1995, for 11 years as Vice President of Purchasing and Project Management, Vice President of New Openings and Conversions and on the Operations team as a Regional Vice President. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning.

Prior to rejoining Remington, Rob held Senior Director, Construction and Project Management and Senior Vice President, Design and Construction positions with Phoenix American Hospitality and FelCor Lodging Trust.

Joined Remington in September 2007 as Director of Culinary for the Lifestyle Collection. Ted was promoted to Vice President of Culinary in 2016, Regional Director of Beverage & Food in 2020, and Vice President of Beverage & Food in 2022. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Beverage & Food, Ted continues to drive innovation and excellence, advancing Remington Hospitality's strategy in beverage and food operations. He brings over two decades of dynamic leadership in the hospitality industry, with a focus on beverage and food excellence.

Prior to Remington, Ted's extensive experience included various leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Boston, MA and Amelia Island, FL, Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX, Savoy Hotel, A Fairmont Hotel in London, UK, Auberge de l'Abbaye in Beaumont-en-Auge, France, Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL, Caneel Bay Resort, A Rosewood Resort in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach in Sunny Isles, FL.

Ted is known for his exceptional operational, financial, and hospitality leadership. Ben Howell joined Remington Hospitality in January 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing more than two decades of hospitality leadership experience.

During his tenure as Vice President with Remington, he oversaw a portfolio generating more than $325 million in annual revenue at its peak, driving operational performance, owner relations, and profitability across full-service and select-service assets.

Prior to Remington, Ben held senior leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality and Widewaters Hotels, where he managed large, multi-property portfolios and consistently elevated revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement

His background includes extensive oversight of sales, revenue management, food & beverage operations, and asset performance across diverse markets. Known for building high-performing teams and strengthening owner partnerships, Ben is committed to advancing operational excellence across Remington's portfolio.

Alice Walsh serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for Remington Hospitality, where she leads the company's sales strategy and champions business development initiatives across the portfolio. With more than two decades of hospitality sales leadership, Alice has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving top-line revenue growth throughout diverse markets. 

Known as both a strategic thinker and a team developer, she brings passion and purpose to her work and has played a key role in strengthening Remington's commercial presence and market competitiveness. Under her leadership, the sales organization continues to expand its reach, deepen key partnerships, and deliver results that support long-term portfolio performance. Alice's dedication to excellence and her ability to inspire others have made her a trusted leader in the industry.

Robyn Trosper joined Remington in 2025 and currently serves as Senior Vice President - Head of Litigation and Employment Law for the Ashford Group of Companies where she leads all litigation and labor and employment matters across the company's national and international portfolios.

Robyn also directs internal investigations, and partners closely with executive leadership to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. With more than a decade of experience spanning hospitality, retail, financial services, law enforcement, multi-state and international operations, Robyn brings deep expertise in employment law, complex litigation strategy, regulatory responses, union arbitrations and negotiations, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations, delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions that protect the organization and support its growth.

Melissa Golub serves as Vice President of Hotel Openings & Transitions for Remington Hospitality, where she leads the strategic execution of new hotel openings, acquisitions, and portfolio transitions across the company. Since 2022, she has overseen the transition and disposition of more than 85 properties, including AAA Four- and Five-Diamond hotels and Forbes-rated assets, ensuring seamless operational, financial, and systems integration.   

She built and now leads a dedicated transitions team, developing standardized process mapping, due diligence protocols, and cross-functional execution strategies that support ownership groups and executive leadership through every phase of development and conversion.   

With more than a decade of experience in hotel operations, accounting, construction project management, and task force leadership, Melissa brings a comprehensive understanding of both on-property performance and above-property strategy.
