Our Team

With decades of experience our culinary leadership team is deployed geographically. Each regional director is accountable for the overall operation of the F&B outlets and Catering departments within their respective regions. They ensure an exceptional guest experience by overseeing and aligning all F&B operations, collaborating across functions to achieve business results, and adapting quickly to ever-changing market dynamics.
