Keith Oltchick

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus is to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners.

Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
