Joined Remington in February 2020 as DVP of Operations, and was promoted to SVP of Operations in September 2021.
 
Prior to Remington, Lee held General Manager, Area General Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President positions with Winegardner & Hammons, Commonweath Hotels, and Aimbridge Hospitality. Lee has worked for over 15 years in a multi-unit capacity with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Independent brands.
