Ben joined Remington in the spring of 2025 as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently he served as the President of TPG Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for overseeing the operational performance of TPG's entire hospitality portfolio.
Perelmuter brings an impressive resume and an impeccable industry reputation. Prior to TPG Hotels & Resorts, he served for over 14 years with Aimbridge Hospitality, where he grew from a general manager to a Divisional President. During his 14-year tenure with Aimbridge, he held several leadership positions, including Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Before Aimbridge, he spent 11 years in hotel operations in large convention hotels and resorts as General Manager and in other director-level roles within operations.

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and then Executive Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus was to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners. Keith was promoted to Chief Development Officer in May 2023
Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
Cory joined Remington in August 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue, enhance the guest experience, and achieve overall business objectives. He oversees the commercial strategy organization, including revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution, and customer experience, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Chambers brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience with deep expertise in commercial strategy. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial & Analytics Officer at Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), where he led the commercial strategy division and spearheaded the company's business intelligence initiatives. Prior to HVMG, he served as Vice President of Revenue Generation at White Lodging, overseeing sales, revenue management, eCommerce, and communications for the company's full-service portfolio. He began his career with Marriott International, Inc., where he held numerous sales and marketing leadership roles across the United States.
Ayotunde Gibbs joined Remington Hospitality in January 2026 as the Executive Vice President of Technology.
In her role, Ayotunde is responsible for developing and implementing the overarching IT strategy for all the portfolio companies under the Ashford Group of Companies. She plays a leading role in identifying and executing new IT technologies, systems, and hardware, ensuring the IT department is a transformative force of the organization that drives innovation.
Ayotunde brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and progressive leadership to Remington. She joins us from Dave and Buster's Inc., where she served as the Vice President of Enterprise Systems and Data. Prior to that, she held several leadership positions at GameStop, Inc., advancing from Senior Development Manager to the Director of Technology Program Management.

Travis Burns serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Remington Hospitality, where he is responsible for driving the company's third-party management growth strategy, cultivating owner and investor relationships, and sourcing management opportunities across North America. He works closely with hotel owners, developers, lenders, and institutional investment groups to align operational excellence with long-term asset value creation.
With more than a decade of hospitality experience, Travis brings a unique owner-focused perspective to every partnership. Prior to his current role, Travis served as a Vice President of Development for Aimbridge Hospitality. He has also held roles in operations and sales both above and on property.
Ben Howell joined Remington Hospitality in January 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing more than two decades of hospitality leadership experience.
During his tenure as Vice President with Remington, he oversaw a portfolio generating more than $325 million in annual revenue at its peak, driving operational performance, owner relations, and profitability across full-service and select-service assets.
Prior to Remington, Ben held senior leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality and Widewaters Hotels, where he managed large, multi-property portfolios and consistently elevated revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement

Nick Clark serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Remington Hospitality, bringing more than 25 years of hospitality leadership experience across luxury, lifestyle and full-service hotels. In his role, Nick oversees the performance, profitability and strategic direction of a diverse portfolio, partnering with hotel teams and ownership groups to drive operational excellence and long-term value.
Prior to joining Remington, Nick served as Vice President of Operations at Highgate Hotels, overseeing a multi-asset portfolio across the Central and West regions. He previously held senior leadership roles with White Lodging, Azul Hospitality and Omni Hotels, building extensive experience across both branded and independent properties.
Rejoined Remington in 2020 as Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning, having previously served, starting in 1995, for 11 years as Vice President of Purchasing and Project Management, Vice President of New Openings and Conversions and on the Operations team as a Regional Vice President. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Facilities and Capital Planning.
Prior to rejoining Remington, Rob held Senior Director, Construction and Project Management and Senior Vice President, Design and Construction positions with Phoenix American Hospitality and FelCor Lodging Trust.

Karen Muniz serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting at Remington Hospitality, leading initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, automation and consistency across the company's accounting operations. In her expanded role, she oversees corporate accounting, treasury and accounts payable while continuing to advance process improvements across the organization.
A Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Karen brings deep expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, shared services, internal controls, audit and financial systems. Prior to joining Remington, she held leadership roles with Dave & Buster's Entertainment, The Michaels Companies and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and began her career with KPMG.
Erick Castro serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Remington Hospitality, bringing more than 20 years of global finance and accounting leadership experience across North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and EMEA. His expertise spans corporate finance, financial reporting, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, ERP implementations and strategic business transformation.
Throughout his career, Erick has led finance organizations supporting complex, multi-property hospitality portfolios, including global operations spanning 85 hotels across 20 countries. Prior to joining Remington, he held senior finance leadership roles with Fontainebleau Development, Selina, Ennismore, Highgate Hotels, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Melissa Golub serves as Senior Vice President of Hotel Openings & Transitions for Remington Hospitality, where she leads the strategic execution of new hotel openings, acquisitions, and portfolio transitions across the company. Since 2022, she has overseen the transition and disposition of more than 85 properties, including AAA Four- and Five-Diamond hotels and Forbes-rated assets, ensuring seamless operational, financial, and systems integration.
She built and now leads a dedicated transitions team, developing standardized process mapping, due diligence protocols, and cross-functional execution strategies that support ownership groups and executive leadership through every phase of development and conversion.
With more than a decade of experience in hotel operations, accounting, construction project management, and task force leadership, Melissa brings a comprehensive understanding of both on-property performance and above-property strategy.
Robyn Trosper joined Remington in 2025 and currently serves as Senior Vice President - Head of Litigation and Employment Law for the Ashford Group of Companies where she leads all litigation and labor and employment matters across the company's national and international portfolios.
Robyn also directs internal investigations, and partners closely with executive leadership to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. With more than a decade of experience spanning hospitality, retail, financial services, law enforcement, multi-state and international operations, Robyn brings deep expertise in employment law, complex litigation strategy, regulatory responses, union arbitrations and negotiations, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations, delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions that protect the organization and support its growth.
