Tom Radicic

Joined Remington in 2017 with over 25 years of experience in a variety of senior operations and technical leadership roles helping companies deploy new products and services, grow revenues, cost, and process optimizations by streamlining operations. As Vice President of IT Development and Transformation, Tom leads the comprehensive Information Technology function for Remington Hotels HQ and the field, same as Ashford Inc. and its subsidiaries. Prior to Remington, Tom held responsibilities as Director of Operations-Logistics-Supply Chain at Kaufland, Advisor to the Management Board and Director of Project Management at M San Group, Member of the Management Board and COO at PPO, Region Manager at Rexel Holdings USA and Region Operations Manager at WESCO international Inc. These roles focused on leading companies to significant ROI targets by heading a change in process management with a focus on continued improvements and operational efficiencies, applications deployment, cloud adoption within infrastructure and operations, compliance, project management, business process automation, and the digital workplace.
